1. Method of Delivery

LENCOE provides strictly digital services (Software as a Service). Upon successful payment confirmation, no physical goods will be shipped. All services are delivered electronically via the LENCOE Web Portal.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Immediate Access: Generally, you will receive access to your trading dashboard and instances immediately upon successful payment processing.

Confirmation: A confirmation email containing your access details and receipt will be sent to the email address registered during checkout within 15 minutes of the transaction.

3. Export Restrictions

As a South African domiciled company, we comply with local export regulations. However, our digital services are available globally, excluding jurisdictions where the use of algorithmic trading software is prohibited by local law. It is the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local regulations.

4. Transaction Currency

While our pricing may be displayed in USD ($) for international consistency, transactions may be processed in South African Rand (ZAR) equivalent depending on your chosen payment gateway. The exact billing amount and currency will be displayed at the final checkout step.
